We are a mental health clinic led by Dr. Emmanuel-Metzer Metayer Ph.D.

I am Emmanuel Metayer. Here is the reason why you should choose me as your psychiatric provider, I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. A general physician trained abroad. I have worked in psychiatry for the past 7 years, and have experienced several psychiatric settings such as intake, hospitalization, outpatient, substance abused, correction, and so on. I am in my own skin caring for patient with mental illness. I can treat a full range of mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, schizophrenia etc. I have a very rich cultural background, I am able to speak English, French, Creole and at least 30 percent of Spanish not to exaggerate.

Depressive Disorders

Depressive disorders are characterized by sadness severe enough or persistent enough to interfere with function and often by decreased interest or pleasure in activities.

Bipolar Disorders

Bipolar disorders are characterized by episodes of mania and depression, which may alternate, although many patients have a predominance of one or the other.

Psychotic disorders

Psychotic disorders consists of delusions, hallucinations, or other psychotic symptoms. A major stressor, such as loss of a loved one, may precipitate the disorder.

Substance Abuse

Excessive use of psychoactive drugs, such as alcohol, pain medications, or illegal drugs. It can lead to physical, social, or emotional harm.
